Adding some things! Chuck Wendig has a blog at Terribleminds.com that's full of writing help. While mostly the discussion is about Novels, I pulled some helpful posts about the basics of fiction writing in general:
If you're looking for a deeper dive, I have his book "A damn fine story" and recommend it if you're looking for ways to improve the less technical aspects of storytelling. It's more about how to turn your story into something the readers care about and get invested in.
links for comic writers, stuff I've found useful over the *cough* years and years* cough* of learning and trying to learn the craft. Some of these are a little aged, but good information and advice doesn't age. Hope there's useful stuff, no matter where you are on the learning curve
this one is includes a myriad of links, from writer extraordinaire Kieron Gillen. The link to his decompressed podcast is especially helpful, as he talks to writers and artists. A lot is super hero stuff, but a bunch is not. All very in depth and expansive.
